"strum" which seems close to Germanic strauma. There
are a bunch of rivers in western Ukraine containing
the element "-str-" (including the well-known
"Dnister, Dnistr" which seems a composite name
(river+river : Iranic dana- + -str- element). Perhaps
the historical lower Danube belongs to this -str-
