It's always useful to know German counterparts, translations, as they're -
in most cases - made by Czechs themselves. (And yes, I think SAB bought
Budvar a few years ago, but visit http://www.budvar.cz/ to find it out
yourself)

To see how productive this /-var/ is, we could mention other Czech breweries
(off-topic, again, I'm sorry for that: Ostravar http://www.ostravar.cz/; but
this beer prooves that /-var/ is no warranty of quality - many breweries
lack this component and are much better than Ostravar, like other wonderful
Czech breweries Plzen^sky' Prazdroj:
http://www.pilsnerurquell.cz/agecheck.html or http://www.pilsnerurquell.com/
and Radegast (Radhos^t'): http://www.radegast.cz/, which is a member of the
Pilsner Urquell Group)
