What's the relevance? All o-stems have accent on the root in the
singular, so the ones that have changed are analogical on those that
haven't. In the dual and plural the o-stems followed the pattern of
mobility set by the other types. The o-stems are different from the
other stems, so there is no need to expect them to follow the same
analogies as the others; it seems they didn't. Both types of
levelling are analogical processes and thus unpredictable.
