Just for the record: what do you mean by the Lithuanian reflex of
*gWriHwéh2? I'm not aware of a suitable appellative, though there's a
river-name Gryvà (a. p. 3 according to the latest (2002) edition of
Dictionary of Lithuanian Toponymics) in S^iauliai district (close to
the Latvian border). I guess you actually meant Latv. gri~va 'mouth
(of a river), delta', indeed pointing to a barytone/immobile (rather
than +grîva, which would point to an oxytone/mobile).
