So you have been having trouble reading my messages from the very
beginning.
Try to change the encoding of your e-mail program or browser
to "Western European" while viewing a Cybalist message (View ->
Encoding -> Western European in Outlook/Internet Explorer, for
example). This should help you read the messages. To insert a symbol
with a diacritic, try to use, eg., Windows Character map or Unipad
(http://www.unipad.org) programs (in case you don't feel like
tinkering with Windows character maps to set up the keyboard).
Composing the message, set the encodong to "Western Europen" and use
the symbols from the "Windows:Western" character set ("Basic Latin"
character block) only -- otherwise others on the list won't be able
to read them properly.
