I've checked EIEC (p. 507). Besides *(h1)pisd-o/eh2-, for two more
words both 'anus' and 'vulva' meanings are reconstructed there
(*putós and *kutsós ~ *kutsnós). Probably, the motivation was the
fact that both are incidentally 'holes'?
