IE and Baltic f.acc.pl.

I am looking for newer litterature on the f.acc.pl. *-âs < *eh2ms
appearing in Vedic, Germanic and Baltic, especially for the Baltic
ending. For Baltic, I know only of Stang's Vergleichende Grammatik
(1966, and the book makes no references to earlier books/articles).
For IE, the last reference guide I have is Mayrhofer's IG-Lautlehre
(1986). Later handbooks in IE seem to skip the issue or barely
mention it. But I guess there are some articles or monographs out
there that deal with this issue.
