If it counted for something, I'd see an IE reconstruction. I asked
for it some posts back, you don't show it. Ergo, there's nothing
to consider and /is-dem/ and /ea-dem/ show that it can't be anything
other than an irregular compound, a compound that is strange for
IE standards, don't you agree?
