I found all of the following names listed on the webpage you
cite above. Are they not Indian?

D. P. Agrawal
Kamaleswar Bhattacharya
Madhav M. Deshpande
Pramod B. Gadre
Pramila Hemrajani
Hundirapola Ratanajoti
R. Panikkar
Subhadra Kumar Sen

There is also listed a Mohammad Ali Jazayery, who I'm pretty
sure is an Iranian.
