Actually just to avoid confusion *sa also occurs in
Altaic 3p if I'm not mistaken but my focus was on
Uralic and IE specifically, excluding Altaic issues.
Still, I don't feel *sa was truly a 3p marker in
Proto-Steppe but rather a demonstrative.
