Not Amsterdam. Rotterdam and Leiden have it (although in Rotterdam it has
largely yielded to uvular /R/ in prevocalic position). The "Gooise r"
(postvocalic only) is an alveolar (slightly palatalized) approximant, but
it's not retroflex.

it is confirmed, as I suspected, that there is no reason to think the
origin of the Leidse (Rotterdamse) /r/ goes back any further than the 19th
