I wonder if the use of "th" in Medieval Latin in the documents of
Hungary want to tell us something here.
Otherway, despite the arguments of Neagu Djuvara, it appears strange
to render in Latin the name Toctomerie as "Thocomerius" but there
should be some explanations.
