That is very possible. In fact it was Herodutus himself who suggested
that most Greek deities came from Egypt.

But sibling marriages are not unique to Egypt or some parts of Greece
and palestine (see story of Herodias), the Incas and Hawaiaan
royalties practice them also (and they're worlds and time apart).

The most logical conclusion of course is that these traditions arose
indepentdently of each other. But if one tries to be different and
see possible connections he/she should study things outside IE such
as Mesoamerican or Austronesian. Perhaps also ancient politics and
ancient human psychology. But of course this is IE.
