I have both the original Simas Karaliu:nas' article (_K voprosu ob i.-
e. *s posle i, u v litovskom jazyke. Baltistica I(2), 1966_) and
Hamp's (positive) reaction on it (_On IE *s after i, u in Baltic.
Baltistica III (1), 1967_) to hand, but it would take too much typing
in even to summarize their contect (since it's the material you are
obviously interested in). Since you read Russian, it seems more
appropriate to me to scan both articles (a total of 19 pages) and
mail them to you and others interested. It'll take about a week, I
suppose (I don't have a scaner to hand). Please let me know if you
are interested.
