Some IE language that is not Greek. Perhaps some Illyrian-like or Thracian-like.
One possibility is that  da: < *Da: < *g^a: , similar to Albanese
 
-a: can be from -em or -M ?

All right, but in what language? The closest thing I can think of is
Phrygian <gdan>, as in Gdan Ma 'Mother Earth'. I'm not sure how to
analyse it, since the normal reflex of *o: in Phrygian is supposed to
have been /u/ (spelt <ou>). I'd also expect something like *gdu(n) in
Macedonian.
