Exactly.

Now replace /g/ by /h/, /g/ by zero, Dutch by Dacian, German by Latin, and
Groningen by "haprus".

"I mean, learning Dacian, where no zero is present [i.e. where /h/ is
present], it wont stop me to say "aprus" in Latin instead of "haprus" as in
Dacian."
