Yes.

Yes, of course (the nunation is -in, not -un, in the case of 8).

Except 8 (sama:ni).

I don't think so. The Akkadian feminine forms are:

construct non-construct
3 s^ala:s^ s^ala:s^u(m)
4 erb(e/a) erba'u(m) (erbû(m))
5 hamis^ hams^u(m)
6 *s^is^s^ s^es^s^u(m)
7 sebe *seb`u(m) (sebû(m))
8 sama:ne sama:nu(m)
9 tis^e *tis^`u(m) (tis^û(m))
10 es^(e/i)r es^ru(m)

All the non-construct nominatives end in -u(m), as is the case in the
masculines:

construct non-construct
3 s^ala:s^at s^ala:s^tu(m)
4 erbet erbettu(m)
5 hams^at hamis^tu(m)
6 s^es^s^et s^edis^tu(m)
7 sebet sebettu(m)
8 sama:nat sama:ntu(m)
9 tis^i:t t(e/i)s^i:tu(m)
10 es^eret es^ertu(m)
