   Grand Duchy of Lithuania had border with Duchy of Maldava (You would write Moldovia) in XIV and XV century:

But, I think, there wasn't big migration between Suduva and Maldava then. If we are speaking about linguistic relations between Dacians and Balts, we must agree that we are speaking about BC times.
