No!!! <h> (pronounced as [H], a breathy-voiced glottal glide) is the
regular Ukrainian development (via a voiced velar fricative) of Slavic
*g, no matter what its origin (PIE *g, *gW, *gH or *gWH). It corresponds
to Polish or Russian <g>:

g > G > H
