Is the persian word with an initial "k" or an initial "h" and how looks
out the turkish reflex of it?

this is an adjectiv, "i huptë" not the intransitive verb "hup"(humb)
If I tell you some expresions do they now looks known to you?
-bukë e húptë
-borë e húptë
-para te hupta
