Romanian <fleaScã> 'milksop' is very similar with Alb.
<flashkë> 'husk' and many other derivates: verb <flashkem> 'to
wither, to flag', <i flashkët> (syn. i plogtë) 'flagging',
<flashkësi> 'flagginess, flabbiness' and, if we agree that in
Romanian we have a diphthongation of stressed /a/, it seems like loan
word or the word of so-called substratum.
