************
1. abrash, undecl. adjective `spotted', especially for animals and
plants. (Turkish)
2. akoma kai akoma < akoma `still, yet' (Greek)
3. ho argaleios < argali(Greek)
4. ho agiasmos <ajazmë `blessed water' (Greek)
5. he argiles < argjilë (Greek)
6. argat from Trukish via Greek he ergates `worker'.
7 asper < i ashpër (Latin) – Per aspera ad astra!
8. acar < asar `sharp' with evolution of palatal in this certain
environment with sibilant (cf. Cimohowski in Position of the
Illyrian… in this list) from PIE root *ak^- `sharp, bitter'. Here
belongs too <akull> `ice' from the noun in lo-stem *ak^lo-
9. aguridhe `unripe, green, young', close connected to <i
egër> `wild' < *aeg-ro- with second element –idhe < *weid- `to see'
10. anë < PIE *ant-a: `front, forehead', anas is derivative with
meaning `indigene' (cf. matanë `on the other side', në këtë anë `on
this side', anash `sideways, edgeways', etc.)
11. arasje ? – I doubt that this is Alb, word at all, so please, when
you ask something, give also the meaning.
12. apo < a + po `or'
13. akëcili, akëkush, akëkë, akëku, etc. About deictic akë- I
remember that we have very large discusion, especially by Mr. M.C.
Vidal.
14. harrnë, harrnicë are deverbative of <harr> `to cut out' < *skor-
n `id.'
15 asisoj `of that kind' with second Turkish element <soy> `kind',
cf. i atillë vs. i këtillë, etc.
And, at last, but not at lest, please be a little bit human and
preserve me of such amount of questions.
