But facts remain facts if they are acurated transmited to us. Alexander
The Great even if he spoke Greek, he used _his own language_ which was
not understood by greeks. Since you mean you are a historian , i guess
it is useless I will tell you about the subject where he is going out of
the tent and talked to its people (makedonians) in the makedonian
language.
What kind of language this one has been, this is stil a mistery. But it
was not a Greek dialect. That is sure.
