Rom. /ts/ in <tzarkã> must be explained differently. Rom. /tS/ in
<cioara> is closer to the original sound than Alb. /s/ in sorrë. It is
the latter phoneme that reflects an old affricate (*k^w > PAlb. *c^,
_preserved_ in Romanian and _changed_ in Modern Albanian).
