There is S E Mann's "An Indo-European Dictionary". It suffers from the lack
of an index, and is not as comprehensive as Pokorny, but makes much better
use of Albanian and Armenian. And it's in English! Like Pokorny it fails
to recognise laryngeals, but it can at times give an insight lacking in
Pokorny.

For verbal roots there is Rix's "Lexicon der Indogermanischen Verben". This
writes laryngeals consistently, and includes roots not in Pokorny - some of
which in my view are very dubious, as they're only found in one language!
But it's another useful adjunct to Pokorny.

However, Pokorny in my view is still the only standard work in this field.
It's merely out of date.
