I try to give an answar. It is hardly scientific according to the
noms of science, and perhaps not either politcal correct.

I think there is some connection between IE language and race - or
let me say, biological properties, simply because an IE-speaking
population probably have inherited genes from earlier IE-speaking
populations in many generations backwords.

The race that is best suited for living in the northern eurasian
steppes, probably is the mongolian race.

The race of most IE-speaking populations is most simular to the race
of the middle east, which suggests an origin of IE populations from
some area near the middle east.

This again I think supports the nostratic hypotesis.
