Well, if we do move it, we can always use the file above to point to
the new location(s). If a few people keep the files as back-up, we
could probably modify it to use the original sources of many of the
files. With the zip files, we have to choose between viewing /
using over the web and off-line. If space does get tight, I suspect
Piotr will do some weeding. I hope he has the authority.

The big thing to worry about is the message archive area being
reduced from 512MB to 64MB. How would we do a crash archival then?
Is anyone keen enough to prepare the archival program?
