Nonsense. In Serbo-Croatian, the singular is N. Vlah, G/A. Vlaha, D/L.
Vlahu, I. Vlahom, V. Vlas^e, and the plural is NV. Vlasi, A. Vlahe, G.
Vlahâ, D/L/I Vlasima. In German, this was of course borrowed as ein
W(a)lach, zwei W(a)lachen, die Walachei (cf. Pol. Wlochy (pl.) "Italy").
