Only (short) /e/ is coloured by /h2/ and /h3/.

Generally, *h2 and *h3 merged in Hittite (and we cannot tell whether there
is /a/- or /o/-colouring either).

Yes, but that's probably just me (I take it to be **kí:rd, **ki:rdás ->
*k^é:r(d), *k^r.dés).
