Indeed, in certain Romanian subdialects (actually, rather
bg' and pk'). For instance "abia" and "copil", renderable
with the conventional Romanian orthography in a highly
insufficient way: "abdè", "copchil".
I myself would deem such biconsonants as phonems as is "pf"
in German (Apfel, Pferd, Pfeife; Pipe > Pfeife > Feife).
