One comes again to the same odd question. The valahs have been nowere
actualy. In North of Danube have been some barbarians and then
Hungarians, in South of Danube there have been the Slavs and the
ProtoBulgarians.
The only place which will make peace is to assume they have been
somewhere in the Albanian Mountains. But these Albanian Mountains are
too excluded because even the Albanians are not originary in the place
where they lives and more, living together , the Rom. and Alb. developed
two different languages; of course once, the Rom. got a favorable time
and packed everything they have had and said to Albanian " good by
amigo,we leave for now". The Albanians , remaining alone, felt sad and
they decided to migrate too somewhere where none will remember them more
about the older neighbour:-)
As for the importance of the Valahs, I dont speak about the Asenian
Empire here, but I guess a little history for a bit later will help
here. Begining with 1400 for instance until 1878 the end's year of
Otoman Empire.
