Sure this is a typo. The other Latin infered word is "calatio"
(acc. "calationem") `convoking, calling, summoning`. Latin -ll-
does not rhotacize in Romanian, "collatio" can't be taken into
account.

Gr. Brancus puts it on the list of "probable" substrate words.
Others (including I.I. Russu) don't. Poghirc does not mention
it in the chapter about substrate influence in TILR.

Might be, but this has to be sustained also by other factual
arguments, otherwise it remains just a speculation.
