that you can always be counted upon to react in the
expected manner(:=))). Why should CP mention the
Vlachs of Bulgaria if they were not politically
autonomous and a solidly integrated part of the
Bulgarian state at the time? "Nestor" does not mention
the Vlachs either in his accounts of Svyatoslav's
Bulgarian campaigns (969-972 AD). And for CP, the
Magyars were "Turks" (perhaps because the Kabars were
the most aggressive element against Byzantium). Let's
have a bit of "esprit de finesse" here, OK? ******
