Piotr, I will reply to your question on Monday (hopefully). Now,

There is a significant number of such words which inspire a
further study on the subject, especially because they do not look
like later loans and concern our most basic vocabulary. My
observation is those words don't exist in Russian and (since I
am living with a Pole and communicating with her on those
grounds as well) not in Polish. Yet this is, for now, only an
assumption linguistically. The assumption is comfirmed by
historians (e.g. Old Armenian historians), who point the
homeland of the Old Bulgarians was Pamir and Hindukush.
I don't want to write a superficial comment on this subject, so I
will get back to you when time allows to sit down and wirte
something acceptably serious with some good examples. I
hope you have patience.
