I believe that the r was trilled similar to Welsh and
some Breton dialects. The same pronunciation is
recommended for at least one form of revived Cornish.
It is based on current Pronunciations of the phoneme.

If I remember correctly Gaulish x was pronounced /x/
before s and t by the time of the Roman conquest.
