Tiberis, Tiberis ( compare Ov. Thybris)"Tiber", ; from this "Tiberinus",
Tifernus( mountain, river, city in Umbrien/Samnium; etruskian Teprie.
It seems there is no explanation for what is means even if there are
some thoughts to corelate it with Latin "ta:be:s", Greek "tiphos".
