Yes, it's Turkish with regular plural at-lar. It entered in all
Balkan languages, but with the meaning of 'drilled horse'. Because
the Turkish didn't makes difference between masculine and feminine
nouns, in Albanian was created feminine <atki> 'drilled mare' with
enclitic -k and ending of feminine nouns -i.
