Since Marc Verhaegen came up with the touw/tooi- idea that might
show that that root stems from the Corded Ware culture and I found
that that root is among both Möller's and Manansala's lists

I wondered if, in case there should actually be a Sundalandic
influence on IE, that influence should be found in that orphaned
culture.

But in that case it would be nice to have a word for 'axe'
(Streitaxt!) too linking the two cultures. Voilà Bopp:
