It's written Larth in Etruscan. In Latin, -s is added in the
nominative (Larth-s > Lars), but the oblique cases have /t/ (Lartis,
Lartem, etc. -- like Mars, Martis)

No. Scandinavian Lars comes from Latin Laurentius.
