Isn't that last one the Mulde? According to Ernst Schwarz,
the name was Gmc. <Milda> into the 11th century, which was
eventually replaced by Sorbian <Mulda> from <Moldava>. He
doesn't comment further on <Moldava>, but he has a number of
instances of Gmc. river names in *<-ahwa> borrowed into Cz.
with <-awa>.
