Well, being that I'm part Swedish (greatgrandparents from
Stockholm), this List is a veritable smorgasbord of Scandinavian
pride, if I do say! :)

As wonderfully romantic as this notion is, I would be more inclined
to think that a culture has far more power over how individuals
grow to see the world than a language does. Language is afterall
influenced by its culture. Whoa, but then I suddenly started
thinking about 1984's NewSpeak...
