Yes, it's a late-ish made-up spelling (based on "cough") but it is now part
of the English language, so it qualifies. If a native English speaker meets
<hiccough> in a text, it can only be pronounced /hikUp/. So /-Up/ counts
as a pronunciation of -ough.
