Like that between the Rongorongo and the Indus Valley script? ;-))

No-one has demonstrated that the "Old European" symbols represent a
script, let alone anything that can be deciphered in linguistic terms
(rather than being ownership marks, crude linear drawings, etc.). They
are so uncharacteristic that, with the help of wishful thinking, it's
easy to see their similarity to anything.

We do not know if the carriers of the Vinc^a culture spoke one
language, and defining "the Old European language" on the basis of
material culture is risky in the extreme. Finally, are you aware of
_any_ evidence permitting one to speculate that the Sumerians came to
Mesopotamia from the Balkans?
