Well, it seems something is wrong.
Actually , Romanian "HârSova" is the old "Carsium". The explanation of
actualy form "HârSova" is given as a Slavic .
you would agree, the romanian won't change a "c" to "h" by itself even
if it will change regionaly a "f" to "h".
