It's a clear tendency in Albanian, especially at this stage of
development, to aspirates wovels in the beginning: hark "bow" < lat.
arcus. This tendency is preserved also in some dialects until now:
heci (eci), hiki (iki), etc. So, with or withuat h- it's accepted
hyj "God".
