Accepting the views and results of well-known Croat linguist
Radoslav Katicic, Polish linguist Waclav Cimohovski, Albanian
linguist Eqrem Çabej, I consider that any attempt to treat Albanian
language as non-descendent of Illyrian language, is simply an
adventure.
Big mistake was maden also when Venetic language was treated as
Illyrian, until it was clear to anyone that it has nothing to do
with it. I think that many make same mistake, as Gasiarowski, when
treated the Messapic as Illyrian language, even the specialists on
this field have denied any connection.
The close connection between Albanian and Rumanian Languages, on
contrary, just verifeis that Dacian and Illyrian were different
languages, sharing many words and constructions as closest
neighbours from the ancient times until the Late Antiquity, when
such close relations were broken by invasion of Slavs and Avars.
