Archaeologists and Linguists

I have found some contributions in journals, using on titles of
articles, the term, 'archaeolinguistics'.

What are the chances that the archaeologists and linguists will talk
the same language of PIE?

Or, how to make them talk to each other to figure out some glosses
for stone work as also for agricultural work, using languages
relatable to archaeological sites of, say, the 7th millennium BCE?

Or, is there a problem because the early limits of PIE are set to
5th millennium BCE?
