Dear List,
I have been looking around for any evidence of IE
inital [L] that devoloped itself in Slav. as [W]/[V].
Since I am not a Slavist, I ask for any help on this
matter; I start asking myself whether there exists
this development at all. I have not found anything on
this in Shevelov's Prehistory of Slavic (Heidelberg
1964).
Any tips or bibliographical data on inital [L] in
Slavic might do as well;
