Good link.  If Jacques Guy (whoever he is) had difficulty relating genes to population group, fine.  He wrote his blurb in 1992, more than a decade ago.  Jacques Guy and his proposition has been superceded by the current genetic studies by Cavalli-Sforza, Paolo Menozzi, and Alberto Piazza.
