labials

In how far are the labials interchangable and under which conditions?
I am interesed mostly in /b/, /v/, /f/. Ist is known that /b/ & /v/ are
very well to change and there are many examples of /b/=/v/. In how far
is the /b or /v/ to interchange with /f/?
